Our background is vast and varied, from construction, investment industry, finance, emergency services, maritime and mining. Expertise, that is invaluable in the educational and compliance sector. Expertise that is valued by our clients, when we work with them in various aspects of RTO (Registered Training Organisation) management and compliance.

Founder and driving force behind Access Industry Solutions, Sibby embodies a unique blend of expertise, passion, and unwavering commitment. With a background spanning compliance, training, leadership, and instructional design, Sibby has carved a niche for quality training and instruction in the construction, mining, emergency services, and defence sectors.
Clients thrive with her meticulous attention to detail. Whether it’s navigating complex regulations or designing customised training programs, she leaves no stone unturned. Her ethical compass guides every decision, ensuring that clients receive not just solutions, but solutions that align with their values and compliance obligations.

Mark McKissock
Training Assessor & Exceptional Program Facilitator
Mark is a strategic thinker with more than 20 years in strategically focused roles across the world, including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and now Australia, applying and developing his expertise across the news media, business, marketing and advertising, and vocational education and training fields.
His capabilities make Mark a truly one-of-a-kind individual who injects passion and enthusiasm to every situation, offering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders by delivering effective and efficient outcomes.
Mark boasts an impressive hybrid skillset that encompasses digital-first marketing strategy, business strategy and planning, stakeholder engagement, digital and social analytics (such as audience segmentation, social listening, and crisis management), instructional design and resource development, digital platform integration and training, and innovation and thought leadership.
With a natural curiosity for acquiring knowledge and new experiences in both his professional and personal life, he takes great satisfaction from empowering others to upskill and improve their prospects through learning.

Todd Sergeant
Professional Development
With over 35 years of experience in the media industry, Todd Sergeant is a seasoned professional who has made significant contributions as both a radio presenter and station program manager. His expertise spans across country and major metropolitan markets, where he has honed his skills in broadcasting, content creation, and audience engagement.
Communication and communicating is at the heart of everything he does and audience building and satisfaction are paramount. As a Station Program Manager, leadership, strategic thinking and staff management are vital for the success of a station. His commitment to excellence resulted in increased ratings, improved listener satisfaction, and a loyal fan base and he brings this passion for success to his private and corporate clients.
Beyond his roles in radio, Todd has also made significant contributions to education. He served as a lecturer in communication at the University of Newcastle and the Australian Film, Television, and Radio School (AFTRS). His engaging teaching style and real-world examples enriched the learning experience for students, inspiring them to pursue careers in broadcasting and communication.
Outside teaching, Todd founded “Mindset 180,” a business dedicated to empowering business professionals. Through workshops and coaching sessions, he equips individuals with essential communication skills, public speaking techniques, and resilience strategies. Todd’s holistic approach emphasizes mindset transformation, helping clients achieve personal and professional growth. Understanding the inner fears that hold professionals back from standing up at a meeting or before a group of hundreds of people, real-world training with a desire to see his clients thrive is behind everything he does.
Damian Skeen
Human Resource Management
Damian is a seasoned human resources and administrative professional spanning across the private and government sectors. He has worked across a diverse range of industries including corrections, emergency services and tertiary education. Eager to assist with training and assessment needs and RTO compliance needs, he has recently joined the AIS Team.
Damian offers a comprehensive skillset that drives operational excellence, supports strategic initiatives, and contributes to a collaborative and efficient work environment. With a commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Damian is dedicated to delivering impactful results and supporting organisational success.
Jasmine Segura
Administrative Assistant
Jasmine is a seasoned assistant and administrative professional with over 13 years of experience in customer service and administrative support. She has made significant contributions across diverse industries, including real estate, tutoring, hospitality and legal services. Eager to assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, Jasmine consistently executes her responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

Carly comes from an extensive background of marketing, photography, visual design, website building & design. Carly is qualified in Business Management + Website Design along with a passion for branding and visual marketing.
Her proficiency and understanding of website design results in exceptional website design that positively impact the user experience, but the practicality of her website designs and online traffic.

From running commercial organisations to leading the project management in offshore yacht racing campaigns for a Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race as a skipper, we understand that great leadership is demonstrated and practiced not forced, and brings with it; great respect. WORK, HEALTH & SAFETY
Good Work Health and Safety practices are an asset to an organisation and is critical to day-to-day operations. We have extensive experience in the most extreme organisational environments, such as maintenance shutdowns on mining sites, with operational mining equipment such as draglines, shovels and hydraulic excavators.
RTO HEALTH CHECK
Would your RTO currently pass an audit? Or do you have an RTP re-registration approaching? We conduct, over two days, a health check to assess your RTO’s compliance and identify areas for improvement and remediation – providing you with a comprehensive performance report outlining the level of compliance recommended actions.
